在这之前，我一直对于这一切都是未知的，我心里其实有一丝恐慌，但是在见到学生的那一刻所有的恐惧和不安都消失了，我的学生们都非常听话（我非常感动）他们也都很体谅我，从遥远的台州来但是还是笑脸相印我和绵羊。在这几天我学到了许多，比如说如何在茶叶不在的时候要独当一面，和其他蜀国教官将学生们串联起来，我也学会了如何领导学生（比老师亲近，比同学严肃），虽然我可能做的没有很好，但是我认为这些都是我需要改进的，在这段时间，我深刻感受到了团队合作的魅力，所有教官里，无论是队辅教官还是资深教官，亦或者是主任老师们，我们都是一环扣一环，少了任何一个人都会造成很大的麻烦。同时，我认为自己也有需要改进的地方，比如说在带班级律动的时候，不应该因为自己律动不好就不主动参加，应该主动参与到律动，研究新的动作，这些都是我需要改进的地方，我虽然表面上看起来大大咧咧，有时候也给老师和其他教官们造成了一些麻烦，但是我发自内心的感谢大家对我的包容，我也希望我们教官大家庭在以后可以越来越好

I have learned how to form a better team, how to best allocate everyone's work, how to do a good job as a leader, how to arouse students' desire to fight, and how to make them have a better sense of experience. But I also have a lot of things that I want to change, for example, when the chief instructor is not there, we should stand up, because we are no longer children, we have to help him manage the students together, these are our responsibilities, I hope we can do better in the future, in the future activities, try our best to do everything. I hope our instructor family can be better and better.Thank you very much for your tolerance to me in these days, whether it is the instructors, teachers or my students. The time with you is always unforgettable but fast. After the activity, we will return to our previous life
