在我八年级的时候因在教官的带领下，我度过了美好且充实的三天。那三天的活动结束后，我就暗自下定决心，在将来，我也要成为一名教官。如今我也成为了带领学弟学妹们的教官了，经过这三天的活动让我受益匪浅，让我收获了很多。
在这三天中，我分别当了不同的活动关主，说非常困难也不至于，但也绝对算不上轻松。我们需要在合理的时间内让学生们玩中带学，在轻松的氛围下学习到这个关卡的知识，让他们了解到这个关卡的意义。在与学生相处的时候很轻松很快乐，我很愿意能帮助到大家，可是在关卡接近尾声的时候总是会让我异常担心。因为每个关卡都需要有一个胜负，总会有一个班级险胜另一个班级惜败，在大家一样优秀的情况下来分胜负让我有点不知所措。因为我总会担心我最终给出的结果会让没拿到第一的班级感到不公平，让他们觉得这个活动拥有内幕。其实不然，为此我打下的每一分都有经过深思熟虑，在给出结果的同时向大家说出原因，尽可能给大家一个满意的答复。

这三天的活动让我也知道了师长的艰辛，资深教官们的努力，我作为本届的教官也会继续努力，将教官一直传承下去。

When I was led by the instructors to carry out activities and watched them sweat and work hard to serve us, I felt that the instructors were great. When I see the instructors standing on the stage, saluting together under the command, I want to be one of them. Now, I have also achieved it. I personally led the younger students of this year to participate in this activity together.
This activity is not as easy as imagined. As a course instructor, I need to remember every step, seize the time, and be fair and just, so that students cannot feel bored or unhappy during the activity. In these three days, I have transformed from a lackluster explanation to a skillful guide to activities, which is a great progress for me. Even though many setbacks were encountered throughout the entire event, they were all resolved at once. Perhaps I have had some mental breakdown in the past three days, but I have adjusted my form time and time again to show everyone the best. The event was not very easy, but we also brought it to a perfect conclusion.
In three days, I learned about the hardships of my teachers, the efforts of senior instructors, and the efforts of this year's instructors. I think although I did not achieve perfection this time, I will not be discouraged. I will pass on this activity as an experience to the next generation of prospective instructors, and pass on the position of instructor from generation to generation, so that the instructor team can shine brightly.
