其实一开始的时候可能是被我家里人逼着来当教官的，所以一开始比较反感可能觉得有些一开始的活动会比较无聊但是我有的时候也会静下心来慢慢思考一下教官能给我带来什么。中途也有很多次我想要放弃我在心里已经说了很多次我要离开教官团队。但是每次最后还是咬咬牙坚持了下来。可能从准备到活动开始我都是比较摆的那个所以有些技能其实我自己掌握的都不太到位，都是临时抱佛脚学的所以其实我还是对我的学生们挺愧疚的没有把最好的一面和做足准备的一面展现给他们。活动期间其实我也试过很多种不同的相处方式我的交流方式其实是比较偏温和的但是其实这有的时候也会给我造成一部分麻烦，我真的不愿意去吼然后一个学生，这导致了我们那个班其实有那么一点不太听话，但是在后面我慢慢喝他们进行了沟通并说明了我是不愿意吼他们而不是不能之类的，从而在后面的活动中我和我的学生有了一些默契他们也非常配合我我也找了一个可靠的小教官来帮助我带队进行场地转移我就可以放心抓偷跑的学生。整个活动下来我看到了我学生们很大的改变从一开始的害羞连小毛驴都不愿意喊到后面走着时候的歌声比任何一个班都响。我们班其实也带给了我很多惊喜一开始我以为我们班都呆呆的怕他们打不过其他班，但后面事实证明了他们聪明无比，从第二天开始在班级活动上没有输过一次这个状态也带到了三国城，在看到他们优秀的成绩后我真的非常欣慰。说回我自己我是个超级怕麻烦的人会总想着偷懒，混着跟别人做，但在这次的教官活动中我知道了有些事是我不得不站出来做的，比如律动可能他们比我还不敢带头，所以必须要我来带动气氛，还有小铁人自发和学生们跑全程其实我一开始真的没有对活动抱有太大感情只是想速度搞完休息，但在过程中我才真正理解到师长口中的奉献精神才逐渐理解这个活动教给了我什么。人活在世界上的目的不正是奉献吗。

In fact, I have tried many different ways to get along with each other during the activity. My way of communication is relatively mild, but sometimes it will cause me some trouble. I really do not want to yell at a student, which leads to the fact that our class is not very obedient. However, in the later part, I communicated with them slowly and explained that I was unwilling to yell at them instead of being unable to do so. Therefore, in the later part of the activity, I had some tacit understanding with my students and they were very cooperative with me. I also found a reliable junior instructor to help me lead the team to carry out the site transfer, so that I could catch the students who stole without worry. During the whole activity, I saw a great change in my students from the shy at the beginning, even the little donkey did not want to shout to the back, and the singing was louder than any other class. In fact, our class also brought me a lot of surprises at first, I thought that our class was stupid for fear that they could not beat other classes, but later it proved that they were very smart, and from the second day on, they did not lose once in class activities. This state was also brought to The Three Kingdoms City, and I was really pleased after seeing their excellent results. Well, back to myself I'm a huge troublemaker who's always trying to get off the job and follow with other people, but in this case I know I must to do those stuff. Also I know that the goal of people living in this world is give up your self to help others!
