热血三国对于我们来说是一个很大的挑战，比起新生成长营来说，我们是更加成熟的教官了，从我们开始准备舞蹈，一直到活动，大家一直在调整自己的状态，刚开始的时候每次晚自习大家都在干自己的事情，花很少的时间在练舞上面，但临近活动大家也变得越来越有紧迫感每个人都想去做的更好，原来经常请假的也都在准时的出席，练习的时间大于了休息的时间，虽然有时候真的感觉很累，但是为了最后能给学弟妹呈现出来最好的效果，大家也都很尽力。

在这次的活动中，确实也遇到了很多以前没有遇到过的事情，三天的时间和811班的相爱相杀，这一届的八年级感觉很多人都需要一些时间去进入状态，但是也看到在不断的提醒之后有了很多的改变，愿意站出来表达自己的想法，愿意去配合活动，愿意让自己的班级，国家去变得更好，看到这一切我都觉得之前的努力是值得的，虽然这次我们不是天下霸业但是看到大家的成长我也很开心！

At the beginning, every evening self-study, we all did our own things and spent very little time in dance practice. But near the event, everyone has become more and more urgent, everyone wants to do better, the original often leave are also on time attendance, practice time is greater than the rest of the time, although sometimes really feel very tired, but in order to finally show the best results for the students, everyone is also trying.
In this activity, I did encounter a lot of things that I had never encountered before. In three days, the eighth grade of this class felt that many people needed some time to get into the state, but I also saw a lot of changes after constant reminding. They were willing to stand up and express their ideas, willing to cooperate with the activity, willing to let their class, and so on. Seeing all this, I feel that the previous efforts are worth it. Although we are not dominating the world this time, I am also very happy to see everyone's growth!
