我觉得在这次三国活动中我最大的感受就是好累！！累！但是尽管真的很累但是还是很有成就感，并且感受到了一种无与伦比的归属感。因为其实在这之前，我对于我带的孩子们还有教官这个群体是没有太多的归属感的，但是通过这此活动后我发现我们整个教官团队在我的心里已经是一体的了，已经演变成类似家人的存在，通过这么长时间的相处，大家也从开始的生疏逐渐变得亲近。几个月的排练必然是辛苦的，我们也抛下了很多的学业和休息时间来为了这次三国准备，对于我来说棍舞和合舞，以及最后一天的三国城是最令我担心的地方，但是幸好的是，我们成功的把活动进行了下去，并且完成了。讲真的直到现在，我都感觉就像是一场梦，有些飘飘然，让人感觉很不真实。在结束的那一刻也是我放松的那一刻，我好像在那之前都没有感觉到精神上的疲惫，还有身体上的负荷，在放松的那一刻全都显现出来了，看着大家的脸，很多情绪也一同涌上了心头。活动之后开始会频繁见到自己带过的学生，当他们在大声喊出我的代号的时候真的会又羞愤又欣喜，感觉这几天努力没有白费。不过我们也有很多不成熟的地方，也在同时显现了出来，很多的粗心，迷茫，责任都是要我们来负责的，我们没有做好，可能没有给学弟学妹们带来完美的体验，也是很愧疚，但是我相信在这之后我们会变得更加的成熟，参加过后的经验也会完整的传输给下一届当教官的学弟妹们，尽量不让他们产生和我们一样的迷茫和无措，这也是这一届资深教官们教会我们的事情，希望大家都可以变的越来越好！

I learned a lot from the instructors this time, and we also learned a lot of lessons. For example, many rules were not clear before the official start of the activity. We did not carefully review and study what the entire process of the activity was. So I think this is something that needs to be reflected and improved, especially in the day of The Three Kingdoms City, our country can be said to be full of problems, others photographed buying drinks, giving other people the city, selling the city with RMB, and so on. But in my case, I think although it is true that students have problems, I think more problems and responsibilities lie in the instructors. The reason is that we did not report things in time, and even forgot about it until the end. We did not manage our class properly, and the head teacher did not cooperate with us. But these are our valuable experiences and memories, knowing the difficulties of others will be able to understand others, will be better able to solve relationships, and will be able to take responsibility for their own mistakes or carelessness.
