在第一次参加这个教官这个活动的一开始我是非常迷茫的，因为我不知道要干什么，就听到学长姐们说这个活动要准备长达三个月后，我第一反应是非常惊讶的，其次就是不相信，然后就是有产生了想偷懒的想法。但是当教官活动进入了真正的筹备阶段之后，我才发现他们说的话一点都不假，我们每天晚上晚自习都需要练舞，而且，需要准备自己第一次，第二次进班的内容，例如说方回节以及口号国家呼等等。然后我还要克服我心里的紧张，因为我都不认识班里的那些同学，但是我克服了这些困难并顺利的完成了第一次以及第二次进班。但等到了三国这个活动一开始之后，我就感觉被震惊到了，我自己感觉非常的疲惫，因为我们这届教官少，只有一个队辅，所以我们的任务就变得非常大，我们需要完成以前两个人完成的事情。虽然困难重重，但是我觉得教官这个活动还是给我带来了非常多的锻炼，比如说领导能力解决问题的能力，以及团队合作的能力等等。
