经过了长期的准备和七年级的新生成长营，感觉自己成长了很多，也将我最好的一面在正式的三天中展现了出来。刚开始见到台州的学生们，发现他们并不是想象中的那样听话，也不能很好的让他们听从我的指挥，当时是有一些忐忑在身上。但是第二天的时候，他们也慢慢熟悉了我们学校的环境，也能和其他班级一样喊出我们的国家呼，积极参与在这个活动当中，并且听从教官的指挥。在两天的武将单挑和小铁人的锻炼当中，我和他们的关系越来越好，班级之间的默契也逐渐增多，我们不仅是教官和学员之间的关系，也变成了可以互相交谈的朋友。在练舞的那几个月中，我们所有教官付出了很多，最终的结果也不负众望，得到了学生们的鼓掌和欢呼，我认为这些辛苦和付出都是值得的。三天过得很快，一转眼就结束了，比起这几天每日的疲惫，获得同学的喜爱和尊重是更值得的，也希望教官这个精神能一直传承下去。

In the activities of the three kingdoms, I have gained a lot and learned a lot. When I was a student in grade 8, I saw my instructor's vitality and thought I would be an instructor when I grew up. Finally, my dream came true. However, the instructor was not as easy as I imagined, because most of the evening time to practice dance. in the 7th-grade freshman growth camp, I also grew a lot. Finally, these days in the three kingdoms, I showed the best of myself, gradually got to know each other, and became friends with students. On the day of the dance Assembly, we all showed our dances for several months and won the love of the students, I think it was very worthwhile. With the end of the Three Kingdoms, I was still immersed in the activities. Although I was tired from getting up early and going to bed late every day, being loved and respected by the students made me so happy that I forgot my fatigue. I like the activity of instructors, also hope the spirit of instructors can be passed on forever.
