说真心话在这一次的教官活动当中所有的教官们以及老师们都付出了非常多的时间和精力，从一开始的小白到现在的正式教官每个人都做出了非常大的变化不管说是刚刚结束的热血三国还是说学期初的学生成长营，对我个人而言这都是一次不一样的收获就比如说领导力的再次提升还是说从一个不善于表达的性格到现在敢付出敢去做当然还是有非常大的提升空间其次呢就是一个团体的重要性正如我前面所说完成这三天的活动不仅仅是个人反倒是一个团体所塑造的成就，同样也希望教官的这个精神可以不断的延续下去。

To tell the truth, all instructors and teachers have spent a lot of time and energy in this instructor activity, from the beginning of the little white to the current formal instructors, everyone has made very big changes, whether it is the just-concluded blood Three Kingdoms or the student growth camp at the beginning of the semester. For me personally, this is a different harvest, such as the improvement of leadership again, or from a character that is not good at expressing itself to the present one who dares to give and do, of course, there is still a huge room for improvement. Secondly, the importance of a group is the completion of these three days' activities. As I said before, it is not only an individual but an achievement shaped by a group. It is also hoped that the spirit of instructors can continue.
