The first time I saw my students, I felt a little overwhelmed. Despite my initial confidence, I quickly realized that managing them was more challenging than I anticipated. On the first day, they showed no interest in the activities, were lazy, and extremely noisy. They didn't listen to the instructors or teachers. Fortunately, my partner provided encouragement, which motivated me to communicate with them. As a result, they started to follow my instructions. Over the course of the second and final day, their behavior improved progressively. The activity left me feeling exhausted, and I gained a newfound appreciation for the difficulties of being an instructor. I took this opportunity to reflect on myself and identify areas for improvement in future activities.
On the third day, every student actively participated, which brought me great satisfaction. These three days brought about significant changes for both myself and my students, and I learned a great deal from the experience. I feel nostalgic about these three days because my students no longer attend KunShan KangChiao School. As a result, it's highly likely that I won't have the chance to see them again in the future.
Lastly, I want to emphasize that these three days were truly interesting, whether it was interacting with the teachers, classmates, or students.
