从八年级三国的时候看到了带着我们的教官开始，想当教官的想法也一直存在在我心中。直到去年通过了面试终于成为了预备教官中的一员，让我离完成梦想更近了一步。但当一切都开始之后，我发现和我想象的有点不一样，以前从来不知道当教官会那么的累，有那么多幕后的事情要做准备。特别是这学期开始从新生成长营那时候就发现了，作为教官我还有很多不足的地方，所以在这次的三国筹备中也做出了一些改变。在这三天的三国活动中担任的队辅教官，我发现一个人带着一个班级是有些困难的，就是因为一个班级中一定会有各式各样的小孩，像是我们班有些小孩可能比较内向或是比较不愿意配合，针对这种情况就是要尽可能的去带动班级的气氛，虽然到最后还是有些小孩不愿意配合，对于我来说可能还是会有些影响我的情绪，但即便这样也不能表现出来要让班级保持着好的氛围。在这个过程中，我有对我们班的小孩稍微凶了一次，就是为了让他们可以稍微听话一点，确实后来他们有更配合我了。所以我认为在带班的时候要严厉一点，但是也要能够跟小孩们打成一片，这样他们也会更加愿意听我的话。
I think it was quite exhausting and tired when I have the class all to myself, that they have 18 people and I’m only 1 person. Due to all of them got different personality, so that some of them may not get used to the surrounding and they may not be listening to what I’m asking for them to do. Causing me have the kept repeating my words, that is one of the reasoning letting me felt exhausting in the three days activities. But overall, it is still fun because I got to know different people in the grade 8 and have a chance to talk to them and became friends with them. Which  makes me feel good when socializing.
