我在这一次的教官活动收获颇多。这次的教官经历是我从来没有过的经历，这段时间和同学学长学姐一起的努力是我一年之前想都不敢想的，这次活动中交到的新朋友也是我之前以为不会有交集的人。这三天的活动纵使很疲惫但是和朋友们一起努力去完成一件事情的经历真的是我认为我到目前为止最难忘的经历。虽然这次当教官还有很多的不足，没能拿出百分百的状态，但是还是学到许多东西。学到了怎么能有效的管理一群小孩子和处理小孩子之间的矛盾。这三天的经历感觉太不真实了，直到结束后的三天我还没能回到原来的状态。我会永远记得十一年级时一起工作，排练的伙伴们，这段经历也会被我永远珍藏在心里。

These three days of activities let me gain a lot. These three days can be said to be the most exciting three days of my life, but also the most tiring three days.
In the activities of the instructor, I learned a lot of things and experienced a lot of setbacks. The hardest part for me is getting the kids excited. Because I'm kind of an introvert, but in the activities, we need to open ourselves up to encourage and motivate students. I don't think I'm doing a very good job here, I'm not very open to encouraging students. In this activity, I also experienced the hardships of instructors. In these three days of activities, I realized the hard work of instructors. These hard working is buried under the shiny surface, without their own experience will not be understood. These experiences and understanding have made me a better person now. I have never regretted joining this activity and becoming a training officer. These experiences are unforgettable in my life and will always be my most precious memories. I also hope that this instructor culture will continue to be passed on, and there will be instructors in KangChiao in a few decades
