作为一名教官，我想分享一些关于我的三天活动的感想。

首先，作为一名课程教官，我对于我所负责的课程非常努力的想让它变得更好。与武将们建立良好的互动关系可以塑造更有趣的学习环境。我努力保持耐心和尊重，在解答问题时给予学员充分帮助。由于是两个课程的负责，所以在第二天队辅和学员都已经了解了我，我们比第一天的配合更加的默契融洽。

其次，对于提供帮助方面，因为时间有限，我始终尽力而为。无论是在关卡上还是在咨询过程中，我会努力确保所提供的信息准确无误，并避免提供误导性信息。我的目标是帮助学员理解每个课程所能学习到的东西，比如急救包扎，和团队跳绳的团队合作和配合能力，并鼓励他们积极参与讨论给予伙伴更好的建议。

在课程外的时间我也担任着后勤，因为我们本届的人手不是很多，所以我一直在找需要做的事情，尽量不要让自己闲着。当然休息也是必要的，量力而行。

在三国城时，我担任的是整个团队唯一的机动教官。以此我跑遍了三国城少说3次。在过程中我也看见了许多守城关卡和其他的一些地方，比如招兵买马。在这个过程中我也将每个关点的运作规则和方式差不多都搞懂了。我也会去帮助老师去将不舒服的同学送到休息区。

总体来说这三天我的日常非常的充实，但是我并没有感觉很累，我反而为有事干而感到开心，可能是平时的周末过于无趣的缘故吧。总之非常感谢可以有这一次体验，如果以后可以继续我非常乐意参加。

Secondly, as for providing help, I will try my best because the time of the course is limited. Both on the level and during the consultation process, I try to ensure that the information provided is accurate and avoid giving misleading information. Of course, the course is to let them learn useful things, such as first aid bandaging, and team jumping rope teamwork and coordination skills.

I also work as a support officer outside of the course, because we don't have a lot of staff this year, so I'm always looking for things to do and trying not to be idle. Of course, rest is also necessary, according to one's ability.

When I was in Three Kingdoms, I was the only mobile instructor for the whole team. In the process, I also saw a lot of checkpoints and other points, such as recruiting horses. In this process, I also understood the operation rules and methods of each point. I will also help the teacher to send the students who are not feeling well to the rest area.

In short, thank you very much for having this experience. If it can continue in the future, I will be very happy to participate.
