Kang Chiao 菁英活动志工团队

十年前的九月份是我第一次步入康桥，在这十年当中康桥的教学方式包含着一个独特的菁英课程。康桥的菁英课程呢可以让我们在活动中练习团队能力，沟通能力，解决问题的能力，以及挑战自我。一切都从二年级说起。二年级参加了古城骑行，三年级参加了荒岛露营，四年级有着度假村拓展活动，五年级金岛寻宝营，六年级的徽杭古道，七年纪的平江路，八年级的热血三国，九年级的一带一路，十年级的单车环岛，一直到今年十一年级我当上了教官，这一路走下来，真的学到了许多，这些经历为我的人生中添加了许多亮点，也让我学会了什么是一个团队。

When I participated in the Three Kingdoms, I liked my instructor very much. I admired the instructor very much, but in fact, I never thought about becoming an instructor at that time. In the elite courses I participated in for ten years, I have always been a "substitute" in the team without big leadership ability. I submitted the instructor registration form for wanting to accompany my friends. Later, all of my friends left the instructor club due to academic reasons, but I stayed because I thought it would be good to give it a try. The "freshman growth camp" completely changed my mind about the "instructors". The children called me, asked me all kinds of interesting questions seriously, carefully held my hand, and shouted my name "蛋蛋" vigorously. For a moment, they stared at me intently, which left a lot of love in my heart. In these short moments, I felt their love for me. I can say that this has greatly affected my leadership and my perspective on leadership. At this moment, I sincerely hope to lead these children to know the world in KangChiao.
