教官一个听起来让人熟悉而又陌生的称呼，在外人看来教官是一群浪费自己自由时间，一下课就急急忙忙跑到厕所间换衣服的人。从害怕露出的大手牵小手，到恨不得横着走的黑色衬衫。在教官的学习中学习到和平的与他人相处也能控制住自己的情绪，也能转变成平淡和爱的性格。而在教官中得到的并不是在他人眼中在台上闪闪发光，而是在背后的每一滴汗和每一次争吵在一次次冲突和厌恶不理解中调节出来。教官永远是一个团题青出于蓝而胜于蓝每个教官都是传承的代表。在过程中学习和得到，而不是终点。
