当我以不同的角色再次面对那场景，一切都不曾改变，只是我好像不再处于舞台中央。截然不同的视角下，是全新的经历。从前不曾注意的方向，故事也一样精彩。以前并没有体会，在紧锣密鼓的活动进程中，所需要一切尽在咫尺是多么幸运的事。可想要什么不会凭空出现，道具也不会自动归位。简单而低技术含量的工作成果或许常被忽视，却是活动秩序与计划的基本。我们常调侃，今年没有后勤大队，才知道他们有多重要。为了凑齐道具要跑多远；摆齐板凳要花多少精力；东西挂了一身，望着楼梯间多么期盼口袋里有一张电梯卡；也许只有切身体会，才能够解答其中的巧思及魅力。对于一个活动来说，台前的展示固然重要，可没有幕后的支撑，又怎能架起精彩的演出呢？细细想来，这场活动幕后的工作有多么庞大，还有多少看不见的付出，我或许无法清晰得知。能再次参与其中，能以我的经验与能力带来改变，已经足够幸运。

I am here in a different role, seeing nothing altered from a year ago. Yet I am no longer always under the spotlight, but new experiences came from a new angle. The stories are equally bountiful at corners I once ignored. Previously, I might never realize how fortunate it is to have all I need around my side, since props don’t appear themselves. Those works that require minimum expertise are frequently ignored by many but are crucial to the continuity of the whole event. I had just realized the importance of the logistics department. How far to run for the props, how hard to put the seats neatly in the stadium, and how eager I am with an elevator card, when with all those objects hanging on my body——One can never tell the meaning of those works but only after truly experienced. Proper presentations on the front stage are critical, yet the supports from backstage are inevitable. I might never know how much work back there is done for this event, and how much hard work is anonymous. It’s already my fortune to be here once again.
