校长常说,教育的意义在哪儿里。是废寝忘食的深夜苦读?还是只为考一个好的大学?我想这都不是学校想看到的,也不是自己所要的最终目的。因为我是十年级才来到康桥的,并没有参加过八年级的热血三国挑战营。所以对于教官,并没有特别的崇拜。在八年级妹妹的怂恿下,我鼓起勇气报名了教官活动。本以为教官很轻松,活动的时候耍耍威风,吼吼学弟妹,让他们听话就好了。可谁知,在真正的训练中并没有想象的那么简单。新生成长营前高强度的训练,使我身心俱疲,同时也让我受益匪浅。本就不认识很多朋友的我,也敢去社交,在巨大筹备演出的压力下,我也敢于为表演贡献自己唱歌的力量。我突破了我的舒适圈,锻炼了我的胆量,勇于上台表演,使我在生活中更加自信向上。而在新生成长营中担任队辅的角色,让本来调皮的我也能够意识到自己的老师有多么不容易。像我这种老油条的学生有多难搞。不过在管教学生们的同时,我的领导力和责任心也得到了提升。从那之后,我们开始精心筹备热血三国挑战营,在此之中我担任活动组教官的身份。准备活动消耗了我几乎所有脑细胞,只为给学弟妹们一个完美的活动体验。我的服务力也得到了提升。可能优质的教育就正如教官活动这样吧!提升自己的同时,然后在用自己的技能去服务比别人,在服务别人的同时,也提升了自己。与其说教官之间是同事,但我看来更像是家人,为了一个共同的目标一起努力奋斗提升自己!

The headmaster often said, where is the meaning of education. Is it a late night study? Or just for a good university? I think this is not what the school wants to see, nor is it the ultimate goal of its own. Because I came to Cambridge in the tenth grade, I did not participate in the eighth grade Three Kingdoms Challenge Camp. Therefore, there is no special worship for instructors. Encouraged by my sister in the eighth grade, I got up the courage to sign up for the instructor activity. I thought the drillmaster was very relaxed. He would show his authority during the activity and let younger brothers and sisters listen to him. Who knows, in the real training is not as simple as imagined. The high-intensity training before the camp for freshman growth tired me physically and mentally, and also benefited me a lot. I don't know many friends, and I dare to socialize. Under the pressure of preparing for the performance, I dare to contribute my singing power to the performance. I broke through my comfort zone, exercised my courage, bravely performed on the stage, and made me more confident in life. As a team assistant in the freshman growth camp, I was able to realize how difficult my teacher was. How difficult it is for an old fogey student like me. Howeve# my leadership and sense of responsibility have also been improved while teaching students. Since then, we began to carefully prepare the Three Kingdoms Challenge Camp, in which I served as the instructor of the activity team. The preparation activity consumed almost all my brain cells, just to give the students a perfect activity experience. My service ability has also been improved. Maybe high-quality education is just like instructor activities! When you improve yourself, you use your skills to serve others. When you serve others, you also improve yourself. It is not so much that instructors are colleagues, but I think they are more like family members, striving to improve themselves for a common goal!
