或许四年前，在八年级看到两位身穿迷彩裤的教官走进我的教室时，就幻想着现在的画面。今年是我参与教官活动的第二年，也完成了第四次活动，对我来说也有了新的心得。去年作为一名活动教官和队辅教官，与学生有许多互动，能够很直接的感受到学生的情绪。今年，作为12年级的教官，更多的是去辅助整个活动，确保每个环节的进行。在跟各位11年级的教官从卓越三国，到新生成长营，再到热血三国，一路以来都见证着他们的成长。我也和他们一样，从青涩变得成熟稳重，懂得如何随机应变，互相配合。每年都能听到七八年级的同学大声的说“我也想成为教官！”，就也就证明了活动举办的顺利，和我们的成功。这两年来的经历将深深的刻入我的记忆里，收获的成长也将伴随我的未来。我相信在我上大学时，回看这一段时光，依然会为我选择当一名教官而感到骄傲。

Perhaps four years ago, when I saw two instructors in camouflage pants walk into my classroom in eighth grade, I imagined the picture I have now. This is the second year I became an instructor and completed the fourth instructor activities. There are lots of new experience and insights for me. Last yea# as an activity instructor and team assistant instructo# I had a lot of interaction with the students and was able to directly feel the students' emotions. This yea# as a 12th grade instructo# I was more involved in supporting the whole event and making sure that every part of the activity was going well. I have witnessed the growth of all the 11th grade instructors along the way. Like them, I have also grown from youthful to mature, knowing how to cooperate with each other. Every yea# I can hear the 7th and 8th graders say out loud, "I want to be an instructor in the future too!" This is a testament to how well the event went and how successful we were. The experience of these two years will be deeply engraved into my memory, and the growth I gained will accompany me in the future. I believe that when I go to college and look back , I will still be proud of my choice of becoming an instructor.
