作为一名教官，这可能看起来很长，我为这次三国志活动付出了近三个月的努力。 我知道我花在三个月上的时间无疑比以前的教官使用的时间要少。 在这次活动之后，我试图改变了我的一些行为或思维方式。 我注意到我有容易焦虑的倾向，这会影响我与他人的沟通。 所以我继续努力保持耐心，并在采取行动之前三思而后行。 我意识到领导他人完成一项任务是非常困难的，所以我认为我应该更加尊重每一位老师。 我从三个王国中学到的两个关键教训就是这两点。

As an instructor it may seem like a long time, I have been putting forth effort for this Three Kingdoms event for close to three months. I am aware that the time I spend on three months is unquestionably less time than what previous instructors used. I had the thought to change two aspects of my behavior or way of thinking after this activity. I've noticed that I have a tendency to get anxious easily, which affects how well I communicate with other people. So I continue to try to be patient and to think twice before acting out. I realized that it is very hard to leading other and finish a task, so that I think I should be more respect to every teacher. The two key lessons I took away from Three Kingdom were these two.
