这次教官中我最大的收获就是带领者教育方式的不同,参与者会给出不同的反应。
第一次进班那天,我和同学们还不熟悉,全场都弥漫着尴尬的气息,同学们都放不开,大多数都不太配合。活动结束后我深深的反思自己的错误,及时调整了自己的风格和队友的配合。后来的活动中我更加的活泼和跳跃,在后来的活动中同学们像是被我感染了,慢慢的活跃起来,也非常配合我的口令和任务。虽然我们在活动过程中有过不理想的成绩和结果,有过低沉的气氛,但在教官们的带领下都快速调整心态,最终表现出最好的精神状态面对所有的关卡。
My biggest takeaway from the instructors this time is that the leaders' educational methods are different, and the participants will give different responses.
On the day I first entered the class, my classmates and I were still unfamiliar. The whole room was filled with embarrassment. My classmates couldn’t let go, and most of them didn’t cooperate well. After the event, I deeply reflected on my mistakes and adjusted my style and the cooperation of my teammates in time. In the later activities, I was more lively and jumpy. In the later activities, my classmates seemed to be infected by me, and they gradually became active, and they also cooperated with my passwords and tasks very well. Although we had unsatisfactory results and results during the activity and had a low atmosphere, under the leadership of the instructors, we quickly adjusted our mentality and finally showed the best mental state to face all the levels.
