在经历了我们这么久的准备，不管是当时的新生成长营还是现如今的热血三国我们都为之准备了很多。持续了几个月的练舞也让我更加突破并且尝试了自己，在最后给学生呈现出来的表演中我是感动并且有种最终完成任务的感觉。其实对于这三天的三国活动，作为活动组的教官我其实并没有队辅教官那么累。那我对于活动的带领其实并没有大家看到的那么完善，不管是仪态训练还是解手结，我们都是在一次次不断地调整希望给学生带来更好的体验。我也很荣幸可以实现我在八年级就定下的目标，这是一个不断让我去追逐并且成为自己想要成为的人一种过程。在这里我认为我收获到最大的是如何去调节自己对于学生的情绪，同时我也在跟其他教官这么久的相处中发现不管是工作伙伴还是朋友之间如何去配合，如协调矛盾。对于教官是我一次全新的体验，也期待在明年也还有这个机会去帮助下一届教官来做的更好。

We are constantly adjusting whether training or solving problems, hoping to bring better experience to students. I am also honored to achieve the goal I set in the eighth grade. It is a process that allows me to pursue and become the person I want to be. I think what I learned most here is how to adjust my emotions towards students. At the same time, I also found out how to cooperate with colleagues and friends, such as coordinating conflicts, in my long relationship with other instructors. It is a new experience for me, and I look forward to this opportunity to help the next instructor do better next year.
