在前几周结束的三天活动中，以不同的身份再次参与到三国中，我体验到的很多不同的东西。今年的我多数时间作为观察者，观察着今年十一年级的教官，好似看到了一年前的自己。时间过的很快，三年前，作为学员的我们，被第一届教官带领着。比起老师，教官作为与我们年龄相近的人，他们可以给我带来很多与老师与众不同的东西。在我们八年级的时候，三国活动做了一些改变，让11年级的学长姐来带领我们进行为期三天的三国活动。在活动开始前几天作为学员的我，有些时候不愿意服从教官的指示，觉得他们为什么来带领我们。在第二天活动的时候，我渐渐的多了解到了一些关于学长姐教官的事，我看到他们身上每个人都有自己的本领，都有自己很出色的亮点，当时我就下定决心，想要凭借自己的努力在11年级的时候也当上教官。在前年十年级的时候，我们进行了新的一批教官面试。通过自己的努力没有放弃，成功的进入的预备教官的团队，每一次的作业都认真完成，不懈怠，在最后成功的进入了正式教官团队。十一年级我作为队辅教官带领学生进行活动，今年我作为辅助主要十一年级的教官，看着他们带领队伍的样子，真的有看到自己一年前的影子。教官这个活动是我在康桥中最记忆犹新，并且受益匪浅的，我很庆幸自己选择了这项活动。During the three-day event that ended a few weeks ago, I participated in the three kingdom campus again in a different capacity and experienced a lot of different things. In the second day of activities, I gradually learned more about the elder sister instructor things, I saw that each of them have their own skills, have their own very outstanding highlights, then I was determined to rely on their own efforts in the 11th grade when the instructor. In 10th grade the year before last, we had a new batch of instructor interviews. Through their own efforts did not give up, successfully entered the preparatory instructor team, every time the homework was seriously completed, not slack, in the end successfully entered the formal instructor team. Grade 11 I as the team assistant instructor to lead the students to carry out activities, this year I as the main auxiliary grade 11 instructo# looking at the way they lead the team, really see their shadow a year ago. The activity of the instructor is the one I remember most in Cambridge and benefited a lot. I am glad that I chose this activity.
