时间过的好快，转眼间我已经是十二年级了，而且这次也是我最后一次做教官了。看到今年的教官们，仿佛看到了去年的我。教官是一个光荣的职务，当你们穿上迷彩裤和教官服，站在学弟学妹面前，就证明了你们已经完成了考核和训练，成为了一个合格的教官了。三天时间说短也不长，我们将自己所学到的东西传递给学弟妹，而看到学弟学妹的热情，让我觉得我们之前的所有的准备都是值得的。跟之前一次教官活动相比，因为身份的不同，我看待事物的立场也不同了。每当我看到11年级的教官们，我也会在心里反思去年的自己，同时用我去年的经验尽我所能的帮助11年级的教官们。当然大家难免产生疏忽和错误，但是这些东西才是让我们学习和反思的地方。 我相信有了教官的经历不仅是一段美好的回忆，更是一次让我受益终生的活动。这应该就是一种传承吧，我们作为第一届被学长姐教官带的，现在为了成为当时自己心目中最好的教官而努力，并且把教官的精神传递给新的学弟妹们。希望这种传承精神可以一直传递下去！
Time flies. In a flash, I was in the twelfth grade, and this was the last time I was an instructor. Seeing the instructors this yea# I seem to see me last year. The instructor is a glorious position. When you put on camouflage pants and instructor uniforms and stand in front of the students, it proves that you have completed the assessment and training and become a qualified instructor. Three days is not too long. We pass on what we have learned to our younger brothers and sisters. Seeing the enthusiasm of our younger brothers and sisters, I feel that all our previous preparations are worthwhile. Compared with the previous instructor activity, I have a different perspective on things because of my different identity. Whenever I see the instructors of Grade 11, I will reflect on myself last yea# and use my experience last year to help the instructors of Grade 11 as much as possible. Of course, we will inevitably have negligence and mistakes, but these things are the place for us to learn and reflect. I believe that having the instructor's experience is a good memory and an activity that will benefit me all my life. This should be a kind of inheritance. As the first generation led by senior instructors, we are now working hard to become the best instructor in our minds at that time and pass on the spirit of the instructor to the new students. I hope this spirit of inheritance can be passed on forever!
