经过这一次的教官活动，我收获了许多，也有了很多的感触。从八年级完成三国后，成为一名教官一直是我给自己定下的一个小目标。然而，终于到了11年级，却发现成为一名教官并不如想象中的简单。在自习课都被拿来练舞，准备活动的情况下，教官们依旧得面对学业上的压力。对我来说，我不得不透支自己的时间和精力才能平衡学业和教官活动。但是经过这三天的活动，能看到学生们乐在其中，我真的觉得一切都是值得的。对我来说也是一次成长，一次难得的经历。我有机会认识了许多新朋友，好好锻炼自己的社交能力。同时，虽然没能如愿成为队辅教官，但我也迅速且很好的适应了活动教官的身份，成为了一个领导者。

After this instructor activity, I gained a lot and also had a lot of feelings. After completing the Three Kingdoms in the eighth grade, becoming an instructor has always been a small goal I set for myself. Howeve# when I finally reached the 11th grade, I found that becoming an instructor was not as easy as I thought. In the case of self-study classes being used to practice dance and prepare for activities, the instructors still have to face academic pressure. For me, I had to overdraw my time and energy to balance academics and instructor activities. But after these three days of activities, seeing the students enjoying themselves, I really feel that everything is worth it. It was also a growth and a rare experience for me. I had the opportunity to meet many new friends and exercise my social skills well. At the same time, although I failed to become the team assistant instructo# I quickly and well adapted to the status of the activity instructor and became a leader.
