当教官的三天我真的收获的挺多的，从一个学生到带人成长的教官真的学习了很多，教官训练的时候自8年级那一次后我再一次亲自体验了三国的活动，在体验的过程中我感受到了作为学生的疲惫，也开始担心面对学生的紧张，在分配班级的时候我了解到我带的班是常熟加8A的时候那种不安的情绪更加强烈。8A班和常熟该如何磨合是一个问题，但是当我真正开始接触8A的时候一切都不一样了，这帮学生的温暖和可爱让我们教官的工作进行得很顺利，当我们吴国与天下霸业失之交臂我们难过的时候他们会反过来安慰我们，常熟的人与他们产生冲突的时候他们也愿意不计前嫌主动伸出橄榄枝给对方台阶。这次教官我最大的收获就是认识了这么一帮世界上最可爱的人。也希望他们能够把我们的精神传承下去！

I really gained a lot from the three days as an instructo# from being a student to a growing instructo# I really learnt a lot. It was a question of how the 8A class and Changshu would fit togethe# but when I really started to get in touch with the 8A students, everything was different. extend an olive branch to give each other a step. My biggest gain from this instructor was getting to know such a lovely group of people in the world. And I hope they can pass on our spirit！
