这次的教官活动中，有很多有意义的事发生。最开始的时候我还在犹豫这个活动我能不能胜任，会不会因为能力不足而不让我参与，但是事实说明都是我的多虑了，从第一天的教官训练开始，大家这个团体，更像是一个家庭，没有人因为谁做的不好而责怪，更多的则是一起鼓励，变好。训练占用了大部分的时间，但是大家还是坚持了下来，面对在表演前还在疯狂记忆的舞蹈和棍舞，不敢相信我们成功了。虽然在教官的筹备期中，我们这个大家庭中发生过数不清的争吵，但是我们的总负责，赵老师不断的告诉我们：“家人可能争吵，但他们一定相爱。”虽然刚开始不怎么理解，但是慢慢的，我们不自觉地就变成了一个大团体，互相帮忙。三国的三天很艰难，每天匆忙的结束，为新的一天做准备。不知不觉中，三天就过去了。甚至还觉得当时犹豫不决，想要不要填表报名的那一刻就在前几天。在活动中我理解了什么是尽力，什么事公正，什么是热情，大家教会了我很多。也感谢大家的一起的付出。

In this instructor activity, many meaningful things happened. At the very beginning, I was still hesitating whether I could be competent for this activity, and whether I would not be allowed to participate because of my lack of ability, but the fact shows that it was all my overthinking. From the first day of instructor training, everyone, this group , more like a family, no one is to blame for who did not do well, more is to encourage and become better together. The training took up most of the time, but everyone persevered. Facing the dance and stick dance that we were still crazy about before the performance, we couldn't believe we succeeded. Although there were countless quarrels in our big family during the preparatory period for the instructors, our general manage# Mr. Zhao, kept telling us: "Families may quarrel, but they must love each other." Although I didn't quite understand it at first , but slowly, we unconsciously became a big group, helping each other. The three days of the Three Kingdoms were very difficult, and each day ended in a hurry to prepare for a new day. Before I knew it, three days passed. I even felt hesitant at the time, and the moment I wanted to fill out the form was just a few days ago. During the activity, I understood what is hard work, what is fai# what is enthusiasm, and everyone taught me a lot. Also thank you all for your hard work.
