三国已经过去了一周，这三天内我有很多新的感受，从三国开始到结束我对于活动也产生了一些新的看法和想法。活动之前有很多的训练和练习很幸苦，也很耗时间。整个训练的过程很累，我常常训练完之后累的不想干任何其他事情。直到活动中，当我们展现我们教官的活力，领导学生去学习技巧，引导学生，我觉得这一且的努力和付出都值得！作为教官，不只是帮助学生，组成活动和组织活动的人员，也是三国活动的参加者。和学生一样，作为教官的我在轰动过程中感受到了很多我之前没有感受到的东西。活动之后，我才直到我也能够领导一个班级的人。我比以往更加自信，在之后生活中也更加积极。三国是很好的活动，能够让学生参与，能够让教官参与。

It's been a week since the Three Kingdoms, and I have a lot of new feelings during these three days. From the beginning to the end of the Three Kingdoms I also have some new views and ideas about the event. There was a lot of training and practice before the event was very hard and time consuming. The whole training process was very tiring and I was often too tired to do anything else after the training. But during the event, when we showed our instructor's energy, leading students to learn skills and guiding them, I felt that it was worth all the hard work and effort! As instructors, not only are they the ones who help students, form the activities and organize them, but they are also the participants of the Tri-State activities. Like the students, as an instructor I felt many things during the sensational process that I had not felt before. After the event, I didn't until I was also able to lead a class of people. I was more confident than before and more active in my life afterwards. The Three Kingdoms are great activities to be able to engage students and to be able to engage instructors.
