热血三国的教官生活中不论是准备阶段还是正式活动的过程中。我感受到了很多变化，首先是我自身的变化。从一位学生到一位正式的教官的身份变化是十分巨大的，在授服仪式的时候真正拿到了我的教官服时真正的感受到了作为一位教官的责任感。在三国的活动中我收获了很多，尤为重要的是共情能力。活动进行中我带的班级的几位同学情绪陆续出现了一些波动，在最开始情况出现的时候我不知道该如何处理，但是在一步步的过程中我也明白了该如何安抚情绪。在其次是八年级同学们的变化。印象令我最深刻的是在三国前一天晚上进班的时候802的同学向我展现了国家呼，在前两次进班中大家的声音都很小，也不积极，当时我是很失落的。但是在三国前一天晚上他们的表现出乎我的意料，每个人都在积极参与，喊得也都很卖力。虽然作为教官很累，但是在看到八年级同学们充沛的精神后自己也会被带动起来。今年蜀国是第一次天下霸业，很惊喜也很感动，不管是作为教官、作为蜀国的教官、作为802的队辅，我感觉自己的所有努力都得到了极大的回报。

What impressed me the most was when the 802 students showed me the national call when they entered the class the night before the Three Kingdoms. In the first two times they entered the class, everyone's voice was very small and not active, and I was very disappointed at that time. But on the night before the three countries they performed beyond my expectation, everyone was actively participating and shouting hard. Although I was tired as an instructo# I was driven by the energy of the 8th graders after seeing them. This yea# Shu was the first time for world domination, which was very surprising and touching. Whether as an instructo# as an instructor of Shu, or as a team assistant of 802, I felt that all my efforts were greatly rewarded.
