Since the time I participated in Hotshots in 8th grade, I was looking forward to becoming a real instructor and leading the underclassmen in the event. The preparation before the official event was very hard work. When I entered the class, I was very disappointed that the response I received from everyone did not meet my expectations because I was not particularly familiar with any of the younger students. I was very disappointed. My expectation of everyone was slowly lowered, but once again, the change of everyone was beyond my expectation, from "I will definitely lose" at the beginning to "we won again" at the end; from "can we not participate in the Three Kingdoms? " to the final "Three years late# I want to be an instructor too!". . Even though I am not good enough in many aspects, I really feel that I am a successful instructor when I hear my students say they want to become instructors. I think this is also the meaning of the school choosing to let 11th graders become instructors. Elite activities are no longer activities that we participate in together in our grade, but a legacy from our elder sisters to our younger siblings.
