当我还在作为一个学生参加三国活动时候，成为一个教官的念头就已经在我的心底萌芽。不论是对当届带我们的教官还是之后当教官的学长学姐，我都保持一种羡慕和尊敬的心情。而在十年级轮到我们去填教官志愿单的时候，我毫不犹豫地写下了自己的名字，如今也成为了一个教官并完成了活动。这次活动给我们带来的很多不同的感受，在前期的筹备阶段，我们付出了绝大部分的自由时间去练习舞蹈，每天晚上的一丁点作业时间对我们来说都是奢求。尽管如此精疲力尽，我仍感到充实和荣幸。尽管我们为其准备了很久，正式活动来得仍然很突兀，让我们感受到真正的身心俱疲。活动开始，我们的班级活跃度很低，很多同学不在参与。而在活动的最后，他们的干劲明显的增加了。会彼此鼓励和安慰，态度也明显认真。作为他们的教官也让我真的很感动，最后一天我在台上泣不成声。也感谢同学和教官们付出的努力，成功地创造了蜀国八年来第一次夺冠的奇迹。


The idea of becoming an instructor sprouted in my mind when I was still a student participating in the Tri-State activities. I always maintained a sense of envy and respect for both the instructors who led us in the current year and the seniors who became instructors afterwards. And when it was our turn in Year 10 to fill out the instructor volunteer form, I didn't hesitate to write my name down and now I have become an instructor and completed the event. The event made a lot of difference to us. In the lead up to it, we gave most of our free time to practise the dance, and the small amount of homework time we had every night was a luxury for us. Despite being exhausted, I felt fulfilled and privileged. Although we had prepared for it for a long time, the official event came out of nowhere and left us feeling truly exhausted. At the beginning of the event, our class was very inactive and many students were not participating. By the end of the event, howeve# their motivation had increased significantly. They would encourage and comfort each othe# and their attitudes were noticeably serious. I was really touched as their instructo# and I sobbed on stage on the last day. Thanks also to the hard work put in by the students and instructors, they managed to pull off the miracle of winning the title for the first time in eight years at Shu.
