关于教官活动的收获，我认为最能让我触动的就是团队的力量。教官永远都不是单独的一个人，一个人就代表了一个整体，永远以一整个团队活动。身为一个教官，与身为一个学生是完全不一样的。作为教官，需要的是对自己的一种约束，因为自己是低年级学生的榜样。所以时时刻刻需要注意自己在学弟妹面前的言行举止，这是身为一个学生时我不会注意的。我认为这是我在人生路上非常难得的一次经历，让我成长，让我体验到团队的力量，对我意义非凡。我们和低年级的学生一样，从一开始的懵懂，到之后独当一面的教官，这都是我们成长的标志。
Regarding the takeaways from the instructor activities, I think the thing that touches me the most is the power of the team. An instructor is never a single person, a person represents a whole, always with a whole team activity. Being an instructor is completely different from being a student. As an instructo# you need to be a disciplinarian, because you are a role model for the younger students. So I need to be aware of how I behave in front of my younger siblings at all times, which is something I would not have been aware of as a student. I think this was a very rare experience in my life that allowed me to grow and experience the power of teamwork, which meant a lot to me. It is a sign of our growth, just like the underclassmen, from being ignorant at the beginning to being the sole instructor afterwards.
