经过了几个月的准备，我们的热血三国挑战营顺利开始并圆满的结束了。作为教官，我深有感触。我在新生成长营和热血三国中分别担任着不同的教官职位，新生成长营中我是时刻跟随班级的队辅教官，作为队辅教官，我在和同学们的相处中收获了很多，怎样和学生和平共处，平息他们之间的矛盾，管理班级秩序等等。而热血三国，我担任的是活动组的教官，所以比起与学生相处，我在活动中的侧重点更偏向如何向他们解释，演示整个活动，并保证他们的活动顺利完成。两次教官的体验都让我记忆犹新，希望未来的他们可以继续努力，期待你们成为教官的那一天！
After months of preparation, our Hotshots Challenge Camp started successfully and ended successfully. As an instructo# I was deeply moved by the experience. I was a team assistant instructor in the Freshers' Camp, and as a team assistant instructo# I gained a lot from working with the students, how to get along with them, how to calm down their conflicts, how to manage the order of the class and so on. In the case of Hot Blooded Trio, I was an instructor for the activity group, so my focus was more on how to explain to the students, demonstrate the whole activity and ensure that they completed the activity successfully than on getting along with them. Both instructor experiences have stayed with me and I hope the future ones can keep up the good work and look forward to the day when you become an instructor!
