这次经历了三国教官的活动，从一个参与的学员身份转变成了领导学弟妹的教官，这个身份转变是很大的，而我在适应这个身份的时候也是用了很久的时间。从第一次开始培训，我就充满期待，毕竟当年的教官看起来威风飒飒。跟学弟妹的相处也是第一次，从彼此生疏到跟朋友一样聊天，也就经历了3天时间。这三天我体验到了当年教官带我们时候的经，体验到了教官的辛苦以及喜悦。我在这次活动中学习到了如何当一个教官，教官要以身作则，毕竟我们代表不是自己，是一个团队，是一种荣耀。这次活动也是在KCIS的最后一次菁英活动，从我四年级开始就一直参加KCIS的菁英活动，没有缺席过一次，教官活动也算是有始有终的一个结局。This time, I went through the activity of instructors in the Three Kingdoms, and changed from a participant to an instructor who led me to learn from younger brothers and sisters, which was a great change. It took me a long time to adapt to this identity. From the first training, I was full of expectations. After all, the instructors in those years looked powerful and rustling. It was also the first time to get along with younger brothers and sisters. It took three days from being strangers to chatting with friends. In the past three days, I experienced the experience of the instructor when he took us, and experienced the instructor's hard work and joy.
I learned how to be an instructor in this activity. Instructor should set an example. After all, we represent not ourselves, but a team, which is a kind of honor. This activity was also the last elite activity in KCIS. Since my fourth grade, I have been participating in the elite activity in KCIS, and I have not been absent once. The instructor activity is also an end from beginning to end.
