在一开始报名教官的时候,我非常犹豫。首先是我知道十一年级非常的累,有很多考试并且还要为大学申请做准备。但是我又认为这是一个很宝贵的锻炼自己的机会,我不想错过,所以我就去报名了。刚开始的教官集训,让我感觉非常的累,我以为自己已经是教官的身份了,没想到还要从学生的角色来做起。那几天里我们也从学生的角度体会到了一些,我们知道教官说的一些东西学生不一定会听,所以要学一些方式和方法。后来过了没多久我们就分好了搭档,开始了新生成长营。在这一个活动中,我也接触了很多学弟学妹,他们很活泼可爱,但是有时候比较难管。于是就想了很多办法如何能让他们听我们的并且安静下来。活动往后的每一天,我都能感觉到学弟学妹们的进步,他们一天比一天有激情,他们也和我们更加熟悉了。到后来的三国,比成长营要累的多。我作为活动组教官也收获了非常多。带一个活动不是很容易的一件事情,需要花很多时间准备关卡和材料。到三国快结束的时候能看出大家的心情都很激动,与第一天刚开始的感觉很无聊形成了一个反差。在这次活动中,我收获了很多,我知道了当老师的艰辛。也很期待之后的学弟学妹在未来也可以积极参加报名教官,成为更好的自己!
In the beginning, I was very hesitant to sign up as an instructor. Firstly, I knew that Year 11 was very tiring, with lots of exams and preparation for university applications. But I also thought it was a valuable opportunity to train myself and I didn't want to miss it, so I went ahead and signed up. I thought I was already an instructo# but I never thought I would have to start as a student. During those days we also experienced something from the student's point of view. We knew that the students would not necessarily listen to some of the things the instructors said, so we had to learn some ways and means. Then not long after that we were divided into partners and started the Freshers' Growth Camp. During this one activity, I also came into contact with a lot of younger students who were very lively and cute, but sometimes difficult to manage. I had to think of ways to get them to listen to us and calm down. Every day after the event, I could feel the progress of the younger students, they became more and more enthusiastic every day and they became more familiar with us. By the time we got to the three countries, it was much more tiring than the growth camp. I also gained a lot as an activity group instructor. It is not easy to lead an activity and it takes a lot of time to prepare the levels and materials. Towards the end of the three kingdoms, you could see that everyone was very excited, a contrast to the first day when they felt bored at the beginning. I gained a lot from this activity and I learned how hard it is to be a teacher. I am also looking forward to the students who will come after me becoming better versions of themselves in the future by actively participating in the registration of instructors!
