在这几个月的活动中，我学到了很多的东西，从在新生成长营担任队辅教官到在三国活动中担任活动教官，在这两次不同的经历中，我也有着不同的收获，我觉得无论是带班级还是准备活动都是一个不简单的任务，也锻炼了我很多方面的能力，如何有效的和同学们沟通，如何有效的和身边的教官们沟通，这些都是我们需要克服的挑战，在完成活动后，我可以明显的感觉到自己的进步和成长，从一开始不知道怎么带领小孩进行活动，后来可以有效的组织小孩，并且调和他们之间的矛盾，我真的感觉在这次的活动中我是收获满满的，获得了很多新的技能和成长，对于这次的活动，我感觉我并不后悔来参加这次的活动，虽然说非常的累，做了非常多的努力，但是在正式活动开始后我感觉到这一切都努力都是有意义的，也感谢这次的活动给了我一次机会去发现自己的不足，学会新的技能。 In the past few months, I have learned a lot, from serving as a team assistant instructor in the Freshmen Growth Camp to serving as an activity instructor in the Three Kingdoms activities. In these two different experiences, I also have different gains. I think it is not a simple task to lead classes or prepare for activities, but also exercises my ability in many aspects, how to communicate effectively with classmates and instructors around me, These are the challenges that we need to overcome. After finishing the activity, I can obviously feel my progress and growth. From the beginning, I did not know how to lead the children to carry out the activity. Late# I can effectively organize the children and reconcile their conflicts. I really feel that I have gained a lot in this activity and gained a lot of new skills and growth, I feel that I do not regret coming to this activity. Although I am very tired and have made a lot of efforts, I feel that all these efforts are meaningful after the official activity started. I also thank this activity for giving me a chance to find my own shortcomings and learn new skills.
