从快开学的前几周就来到学校去进行培训，在该开始培训的时候虽然所有人都认识但是都不熟，所以导致在刚开始的时候还是有点腼腆不太敢说话或者提建议，但是通过了几天的相处之后，就逐渐开始熟悉了所有教官，在之后的活动筹备中就逐渐的放开了自己。还通过了半学期的教官社团让我学到了怎么去教育自己带的学生，他们提的一些问题应该如何正确的回应，虽然在培训教官的过程中非常幸苦，但是这一切都是非常值得的，再带三国的过程中，认识了非常有趣的朋友们，虽然他们和我的年龄相差的很大，但我们还是可以进行愉快的交流，他们有些人也是受了我们的影响在他们11年级的时候也要去当教官，甚至有人说他也要用我的称号帮我“甜虾”这个名字传承下去。在我听到这个消息之后我也非常开心，因为我当教官也是因为我在8年级时受学姐学长的影响才来当的。这次活动也是顺利圆满的结束了，我带的关卡也是受到了果酱等其他12年级的教官的认可，觉得我超越了他们。我对于来当教官的这个选择非常满意。

Although everyone knew me at the beginning of the training, they were not familiar with me, so I was a little shy at the beginning and didn't dare to speak or make suggestions. But after a few days of getting along, I gradually became familiar with all the instructors, and gradually released myself in the later activity preparation. I also learned how to educate my students and how to respond correctly to some of their questions through the instructor association for half a semester. Although it was very fortunate and painful to train instructors, it was all worth it. During the process of bringing the Three Kingdoms, I met very interesting friends. Although their age is very different from mine, we can still have a pleasant exchange, Some of them were also influenced by us to become instructors in their 11th grade. Some people even said that they would use my title to help me pass on the name of "sweet shrimp". After I heard the news, I was also very happy, because I became an instructor because I was influenced by my elder sister in Grade 8. This activity was also successfully completed. The level I took was also recognized by other 12th-grade instructors, such as jam, and felt that I surpassed them. I am very satisfied with the choice to be a teacher.
