三年前，我看着学长姐们穿上教官服和迷彩裤，他们在我们面前始终立于不败之地，他们坚定的背影让我非常钦佩。而现在我也成为了像他们一样的教官，在这里我看到了曾经无所不能的教官背后的疲惫和努力。从暑期训练到每天的舞蹈排练，再到带领八年级完成他们的三国挑战。作为活动组的教官，我们需要带领的学生们似乎是无止境的。会有一批又一批的学生来到，我们也要一遍又一遍的解释规则。活动过程的循环让我很疲惫，但同学们的欢呼声总能让我回过神来，让我露出笑容，只想给他们最好的体验。在活动中，我们难免会遇到调皮捣蛋的学生，这让我们很沮丧，但过了一会儿，学生们似乎能看出我们的疲惫，继续配合我们。《热血三国》不仅是对八年级学生的挑战，更是对我们的训练。我们学到了平常无法学到的东西，帮助我们真正的成长。我会感到很累，我会想放弃，但我不会后悔成为一名教官。如果有机会再选择一次，我还是会当上教官。

Three years ago, I watched our seniors putting on their instructors’ uniforms and camouflage trousers and always remaining invincible in front of us. Their unflinching silhouette made me really admirable. And now I have become an instructor like them, where I saw the hard work and exhaustion behind the once omnipotent instructors. From summer training to day-by-day dance rehearsal and to leading the eighth grade to complete their Three Kingdoms Challenge. As an instructor of the activity group, the activities we have with the students seem to be endless. There will be batches of new students coming to our place, and we have to explain the rules over and over again. The constant repetition made me very tired, howeve# the cheers of the students bring me back to my senses, and I can’t help smiling and wanting them to have the best experience. During the activity, we would encounter mischievous students, which made us very frustrated, but after a while, the students seemed to be able to see our exhaustion and continue to cooperate with us. The Three Kingdoms is not only a training for eighth-grade students, but also for us. We learned things that we can’t usually learn which helps us truly grow. I am very tired, and I want to give up but I never regret becoming an instructor. If I had a chance to choose again, I will still choose the same way.
