3天说长不长说短也不短，但是在这三天里我遇到了一群最爱可爱的孩子们，并和他们度过了这一辈子可能最特殊的3天。他们虽然没有那么乖，没有那么成熟，但是他们也可以为我们教官着想，帮自己的团体一起出一份力！他们可能还小，但也让我感受到了无与伦比的凝聚力与爱。我自己呢，通过这一次也成长了好多，我不再是一个参与者，而是变成了一个引导者和服务者—带领着他们，我意识到了了作为一个领导以及一个负责任的人应该是怎样的，更从他们身上学到了如何把他们传递给我的爱回馈给他们！8年级的我，在被“非凡”教官带领着获得了天下霸业后就发誓要在他这个年纪的时候也能当上一名优秀的教官。到了现在，虽然不知道我到底有没有做到，但我意识到了他们到底是有多么不容易，多么辛苦，为了我们他们真的牺牲了很多。一代一代的传承，一次次的“火炬”的传接，这才是一个集体该有的样子，更是这个学校的文化所在！希望菁英活动也越来越好！3 days is not long or short, but in these 3 days I met a group of the most lovable and cute kids and spent probably the most special 3 days of my life with them. They weren't as well behaved or mature, but they could look out for us instructors and help their group along! They may be young, but they also made me feel an unparalleled sense of cohesion and love. I myself, through this time, have grown so much, I am no longer a participant, but a guide and a servant - leading them, I realized what it should be like to be a leader and a responsible person, and I learned from them how to give back the love they passed on to me! In 8th grade, I vowed to be a good instructor when I was his age, after being led by my "extraordinary" instructor to gain world domination. By now, although I do not know whether I did or not, but I realized how difficult they are in the end, how hard, for us they really sacrificed a lot. The passing of the torch from one generation to the next is what a collective should look like, and it is the culture of this school! I hope the elite activities are getting better and better!
