我认为我作为教官最大收获便是我学到了如何做好团队中的一员。在一个团队中，总会有领导，领导的左右手，以及队员，总会有人会有自己想要和不想要的职位，但是无论如何，我们都要在自己的职位上发光发热。总会有人有擅长和不擅长，但是，就算在自己不擅长的岗位，也要尽全力的做到自己做好。同样，做一个小小的自我表扬。 我个人认为这次的活动还是很成功的，虽然我们被总教官骂，被老师骂，被学生骂，但是我们整体活动还是颇为成功。总的来说呢，这次我和其他两位教官的配合还是很好的。要是算起来，时间还过得真快，遥想半年前还是作为预备教官和10年级生。霎时间，现在热血三国正式活动已经完美落幕了，而我本人，也光荣的成为了一名11年级生。说实话，在这半年的历练中，我们成长了许多，改变了许多，从一些毫无纪律可言，甚至都连团体都称不上的一群人，变成了一群尽自己努力带好学生，尽心尽力，为人民服务的教官。

I think my biggest gain as an instructor or little teacher is that I learned how to be a member of the team. There will always be people who have positions they want and do not want， but in any case， we have to shine in our positions. There will always be people who are good and bad， but even in positions where they are not good， they must do their best to do well. Similarly， make a small self-compassion. I personally think that this event was very successful. Although we were scolded by the chief instructor， scolded by teachers， and scolded by students， our overall activities were quite successful. In general， this time I worked very well with the other two instructors. If you count it， time flies so fast， I think half a year ago， I was still serving as a preparatory instructor and 10th grader. In an instant， the official event of the Three Kingdoms has ended perfectly， and I myself have become an 11th grader. To be honest， in the past six months of experience， we have grown a lot and changed a lot. From a group of people who are undisciplined， even not even a group， to a group of people who do their best to lead students well， Instructors who do their best to serve the people.
