我8年级的时候，我们这一届是第一年三国精英活动被学长学姐带领。当时我心想：等我11年级了，我肯定不要尝试去做教官，他们管好多啊。但是到了10年级下学期，我意识到了当教官的很多好处并且这是一个很好的机会提升自我。因此我跟我的好朋友们都积极报名了教官的面试。第一次面试很紧张，深怕自己不够放松，不够幽默，不够达标。总而言之，被选入了教官之后，从社团课开始我真的收获了不少。我们一步步的开始接触到了并回忆起了以前经营活动的一点一滴。重回了以前的团队合作，团队精神，与创新思想。我们不断的训练自己成为更好的自己通过认识不同的人并与他们并肩合作，想方设法完成小组合作。10年级下半学期的一切努力，都是为了能成功并顺利的完成11年级的精英活动，只愿那一次是完美的。通过了这三天，即使我们教官还是做了不少教官不应该做的东西或让老赵感到哭笑不得的行动，但是我们还是变成了更好的自己。带完班后，每天都疲惫不堪，可是累而乐在其中。第一天早上带着他们，貌似大家都还没融洽到这次的活动中因此大家都比较的乖巧，到了晚上舞林大会，大家活力充沛整个学校都充满了三国的热情。短短几天中，身为教官我意识到了，并不是所有事情用吼的骂的都有用，有时骂多了他们逐渐习惯也并不会在意其吩咐甚至选择唱反调。有时反而要去了解学生并站在不同角度理解他们可以更适当的处理问题。活动结束了，我还是有较多的留念，也希望未来的他们也能积极去尝试当教官，成为不同的自己。

When I was in the 8th grade， our class was the first year that the Three Kingdoms elite activities were led by seniors. At that time， I thought to myself: When I am in 11th grade， I will definitely not try to be an instructor. They take care of a lot. But by the next semester of 10th grade， I realized the many benefits of being an instructor and it was a good opportunity to improve myself. Therefore， my good friends and I actively signed up for the instructor interview. The first interview was very stressful， and I was afraid that I was not relaxed enough， not humorous enough， and not up to the standard. All in all， after being selected as an instructor， I really gained a lot from the club class. Step by step， we started to get in touch with and recalled bit by bit of previous business activities. Back to the previous teamwork， teamwork， and innovative thinking. We continue to train ourselves to become better by knowing different people and working side by side with them， and finding ways to complete group cooperation. All the hard work in the second half of the 10th semester is to successfully and smoothly complete the elite activities of the 11th grade. I only hope that one time is perfect. After these three days， even though our instructor still did a lot of things that instructors shouldn't do or made Lao Zhao feel dumbfounded， we still became a better version of ourselves. After taking the class， I was exhausted every day， but I was tired and happy. I took them the first morning. It seemed that everyone hadn't been in harmony with this event， so everyone was relatively well-behaved. In the evening dance forest meeting， everyone was energetic and the whole school was full of enthusiasm for the Three Kingdoms. In just a few days， as an instructor， I realized that not everything is useful to yell at it. Sometimes when they get used to it， they won’t care about their instructions or even choose to sing the opposite. Sometimes it is necessary to understand students and understand them from different angles to deal with problems more appropriately. At the end of the event， I still have more souvenirs and hope that in the future they can also actively try to be instructors and become different selves.
