想说的太多了，从成为预备教官，再到以教官的身份参加正式三国的体验真的是刻骨铭心的。正式活动的三天既快又慢得历练了我们所有教官，但是看着同学们一天一天更加好得跟随我，以及他们或开心，或努力的面庞，听到他们对教官们的认可，就觉得这近一年的辛苦就是值得的。对我来说太多的事情都是第一次尝试，包括和这么多人一起跳舞，包括看到早晨四点半的康桥，包括时刻保持清醒确认好每一个环节，包括一次性管理这么多的同学们，因为每一个学生，包括我们教官都有着自己的性格，在短短三天内完美地互相融合真的是非常艰难，但是保证学生们学习到团队精神，交流，互相尊重也是我们教官的责任，我也因为认识了他们而反思了我自己对于团队合作的认知，同时也学习到了到底要如何与不同的人相处。当然在尝试中，我们教官也会不可避免得有一些照看不周，出现失误和纰漏，互相之间一开始缺乏交流，但是大家一路改进着向前走就不会有人落队。然后写一点我的感谢。真心感谢我的孩子们，努力练习舞蹈夺得舞林大会第一的孩子们，在我情绪不好时安慰我的孩子们，虽然有的时候很吵但是还是好好跟着我们教官活动的孩子们。真心感谢每一位魏国人，攻城略地总共十五座城池里斩下七座是我从来没有奢望过的战绩，在我心里我们魏国永远是最棒的！特别感谢我的队友们，火拳，鲨鱼，木兰，感谢我们能够互相体谅得走下来。说多少遍感谢对我来说都觉得是不够的，反正我们四个就是最棒的蓝鲨火车！最后真心感谢每一位累得要死但是一起坚持的教官们，各位总教以及老师们，大家真的都辛苦了！希望未来的路更宽更远更长，我们就温柔而坚定得走吧，不要回头。

For me， there is too much to say. From becoming a preparatory instructor to participating in The Three Kingdoms Challenge Camp Elite Course as an instructor is really unforgettable. The three days of formal activities were both fast and slow enough to experience all of our instructors， but by watching the students follow me better day by day， and looking that their happy and hardworking faces， my hard work of the past year is worth it.Too many things for me are the first attempt， including dancing with so many people， including seeing KangChiao at 4:30 in the morning， including staying awake at all times and confirming every part， including managing so many children at once. Because every student， including our instructors， has their own personality， it is really difficult to integrate with each other perfectly in just three days， but it is also our instructor’s responsibility to ensure that students learn team spirit， communication， and mutual respect. ， I also reflected on my own perception of teamwork because I met them， and at the same time I learned how to get along with different people. In the attempt， our instructors will also make mistakes and omissions， and there is a lack of communication with each other at the beginning， but everyone will improve as we move forward and no one will be left behind.I sincerely thank my children， the children who have worked hard to practice dance and won first place in the dance competition， comfort my children when I am in a bad mood. I sincerely thank every member of the Wei country. It is a record that I have never expected to grab seven of the fifteen cities in total. In my heart， Wei country will always be the best! Special thanks to my teammates， Huoquan， Shayu， Mulan， and thank us for being able to walk down with mutual understanding. The four of us are the best "Blue Shark train"! In the end， I sincerely thank every instructor who is so tired but insists on working together， all the lead instructors and teachers， everyone has really worked hard!Hope that our road ahead will be wider and longer. Let us go with gentleness and determination， and don't look back.
