为了这三天的活动，所有教官都准备了将近一年的时间，我们不停的磨合，团队沟通，共同进步。这学期刚开始的新生成长营也为我们这次活动奠定了基础。八年级的孩子相对于七年级要调皮不少，因为他们对校园环境和身边同学都更加熟悉，会更加肆无忌惮。我带的孩子们是兄弟校区，分别来自常熟，合肥和台州。在前期准备我们只能线上视频沟通，而且由于我自己的课业，只在第二次进班的时候和他们见了面。由于校区的孩子们都互相不认识，当他们被分为一个班时，他们也显得手足无措，不知如何沟通。所以让他们融合在一起，对我来说也是一件难题。虽然当教官需要严肃，但我发现有时我们并没有耐心的对待孩子们，可能三天的活动很累，但我们的责任就是为了孩子们，所以当一些情况发生时，我们需要调节自己的情绪，才能给他们传递出正向的一面，在他们做的不好的地方，也要多多鼓励，不能仗着自己是教官的身份对孩子们乱吼。可能有些时候我会凶他们，他们也会做一些让我无语的事，但我永远都爱。他们这三天真的有太多太多想说，真的是史无前例的疲惫，但是回头看看，这也是一段美好的回忆。当我站在舞台上，孩子们在台下喊我的代号，这一刻，就足够满足了。虽然我以后都不会再见到兄弟校区的孩子们了，但他们永远会在我心中留下一段记忆。感谢和我搭档的车厘，鲨鱼，火拳，因为我们的相互配合，所以孩子们在这三天有收获，也感谢所有一起工作的教官们，大家都辛苦，希望在以后的日子里，我们也能相互扶持，再接再厉，共同进步。

For this three-day activity， all the instructors prepared for nearly a year， we kept running in， team communication， common progress. The freshman growth camp at the beginning of this semester also laid the foundation for this activity. Eighth grade children are more mischievous than seventh grade children， because they are more familiar with the campus environment and the classmates around them， they will be more unscrupulous. The children I lead are from brother campuses， respectively from Changshu， Hefei and Taizhou. In the early preparation， we could only communicate by online video， and I only met them in the second class due to my own schoolwork. Since the children in the school district do not know each other， when they are divided into a class， they are also confused and do not know how to communicate. So it was a challenge for me to bring them together. When trainers need to serious， but I found that sometimes we are not patient towards the children， may be three days of activity is very tired， but it is our responsibility to the children， so when some happens， we need to adjust their emotions， to give them deliver the positive side， where they do not good， also want to encourage a lot， You can't yell at kids because you're a drill sergeant. Maybe sometimes I will yell at them， and they will do things that make me speechless， but I will always love them. They had so much to say in the past three days. It was exhausting， but looking back， it was a good memory. When I stand on the stage and the kids shout my code name， that moment is enough. Although I will never see the children from the brother school district again， they will always leave a memory in my heart. Thanks to my partners cherry， Shark and Fire Fist， because of our mutual cooperation， the children have harvested in these three days， also thanks to all the instructors working together， we are all hard， I hope that in the future， we can support each other， make persistent efforts， and make progress together.
