时光如梭，热血三国的活动已经圆满落下帷幕。我最为以为带队教官深刻的感受到了我们的变化。我们作为第一届被教官学长姐们带的学生们，对着热血三国有着许多不一样的感受。在这次的热血三国服务中，我对自身的规范和态度都有了许多的感受。做教官是一件非常辛苦的活动。我们要为学弟妹做好代表，规范自身，以自己的行为来带领和感染他们。从学生到教官身份的转变，也让我对待事情有了不同角度的看法。作为一个教官，我们注重于服务同学，要对每个同学的安全和感受而思考。这与我们在当学生时候的感受是完全不同的。站在别人的角度看事情，为他人着想，公平公正的参与活动，耐心和坚持。我在自身上也发现了许多不足。但最让我感动的还是我们班的同学们，我能从他们的身上看到改变。他们变得更加的团结，更加的友善，能尊重和理解他人。虽然，他们还并不完美，也会在一些小事上发生争吵和摩擦，也会有一些不团结的时候。但是他们在三国活动时展现的精神，和勇气，让我坚定且清楚的相信未来的他们会变成一个团结友爱最尊重他人学会理解的人。

Time flies， the activities of The Three Kingdoms of Blood have successfully concluded the curtain. Most of all， I think the instructors who lead the team deeply felt our changes. As the first group of students led by the instructors， we have many different feelings about The Three Kingdoms. In this warm-blooded service of The Three Kingdoms， I have a lot of feelings about my own norms and attitudes. Being an instructor is a very hard activity. We should do a good job of representing our students， standardize ourselves， and lead and infect them with our own behavior. The transition from being a student to an instructor also gave me a different perspective on things. As an instructor， we focus on serving the students and think about the safety and feelings of each student. This is completely different from how we felt when we were students. Put yourself in others' shoes， be considerate of others， participate fairly， be patient and persistent. I also found many shortcomings in myself. But what moved me most was my classmates， I could see the change from them. They become more united， more friendly， able to respect and understand others. Although， they are not perfect， there will be quarrels and friction in some small things， there will be some disunity. However， the spirit and courage they showed during the activities in The Three Kingdoms make me firmly and clearly believe that they will become people with unity， friendship， respect and understanding in the future.
