在这次的三国活动，我作为后勤兼摄助，虽然没有像队辅一样直接与各班孩子进行接触，但是我一样为自己所付出的贡献感到非常开心。想当初我们还是第一届被教官学长学姐所带领的，当时只是很开心的参加这个活动，任何的活动都是由教官带领我们去进行，任何的问题只要向他们求助就会得到解决，但并不知道所有教官在背后日日夜夜的努力，他们在繁忙的学业中抽出晚自习、弹性时间以及社团的时间来练习准备所有的事项，在活动的前一天晚上还要确保所有东西万无一失。现在的我们从当时学生及参加者的身份变成现在带领学弟学妹教官的身份，中间经历了许许多多的磨练练习，试着解决一些让你根本不知道怎么下手，束手无策的事情。从刚开始面试进来，到每周一次社团时间的学习，再到后面真正着手去带学弟学妹的活动，这些都让我们充分了解到做一个合格的教官有多辛苦，有多严格。在活动中，教官们依然会遇到很多困难和挑战，各种麻烦糟心的事情在考验着我们的耐力。尽管大家是分在不同的部门，但我们的目标都是一样的，那就是都希望此次三国活动圆满成功！正式活动结束以后，我们虽然都很累、但脸上都洋溢着笑容，看着那些成长许多的学生，我们都为他们感到开心和感动。希望三国教官的这个活动能一直进行下去，并且一届比一届棒！！！

Although I did not directly contact with the children of each class like the team assistant, I felt very happy for my contribution. At that time, we were just happy to participate in this activity. All activities were led by instructors, and any problems could be solved as long as we asked them for help. However, WE didn't know all the instructors' efforts behind us day and night. They take evening study sessions, flex time and community time out of their busy school schedules to practice and prepare for everything, and make sure everything is perfect the night before. Now we from the identity of students and participants to now lead the identity of junior and junior school instructors, experienced a lot of practice, trying to solve some let you do not know how to start, helpless things. From the beginning of the interview, to the weekly club learning, and then to the real start of the activities to teach younger students and younger girls, all these let us fully understand how hard it is to be a qualified instructor, how strict. In the activities, instructors will still encounter many difficulties and challenges, ‍, ‍, all kinds of troublesome things in the test of our endurance. Although we are in different departments, we all have the same goal, that is, we all wish the trilateral activities a complete success! After the formal activity, although we were very tired, but our faces were full of smiles, looking at the students who had grown up a lot, we all felt happy and moved for them. I hope this activity of instructors of the Three Countries can continue and become better and better each year!!
