For me, the Three Kingdoms event was a completely different challenge than the Freshman Development Camp. In this Three Kingdoms event, we led the younger students to learn something new, and We learned a lot from leading them as well. The Three Kingdoms is a competitive activity, and with competition comes friction. While the students were fully engaged in the activity, there were also arguments and conflicts due to the desire to win. This time, unlike the Freshman Camp, I accompany the students as a team assistant instructor. During this period of time, the students often had some minor conflicts, but they were able to gradually understand and tolerate each other through communication, and at the same time cultivated mutual assistance and teamwork. And I also benefited a lot from this activity, I gradually learned how to deal with the conflicts of students reasonably, and how to comfort and coordinate the conflicts between them.Meanwhile, I also served as an instructor for the activity group in the Three Kingdoms activity, and the section I was responsible for was untying the hand knots. The main thing I learned in this activity is how to keep fairness and impartiality, as the section master we should put aside our own position, make the rules our own creed and do not favor our own country. Ultimately, my biggest gain from this activity was the growth of the younger students. Even though they often disobeyed me and I had to yell at them, and even though they would act out of line, whenever I felt at a loss as to what to do, one or two of students would always come forward to help the instructors manage the order and cooperate with our actions. The other students also cooperated with the instructors after seeing them step forward. Although the process was rugged and bumpy, when our instructors stood on the stage to salute them, they would shout out our names, and now I still have a great feeling when I think back to that moment. Their recognition of our instructors was the best reward for our so long preparation and dedication.
