这一次的三国活动,相比之前七年级的新生成长营,是另一个完全不一样的挑战。我们带着学弟妹一起学习新的知识,一起体验三国的课程,但同时我自己也学到了很多。回想自己八年级的时候,作为一个蜀国的学员,当时只关注自己的国家,想着教官们真好,可以这么自由,但是当我现在确实的当上了教官,站在教官的立场,体会到了教官的累。这次三国活动我是半活动半队辅教官,所以我既要准备关卡,又要准备带学生。在带关卡的时候我要注意作为一个关主要保持公平公正,不能因为自己是魏国的教官,就偏袒自己国家的学员;但是在当队辅的时候,我又要带领好我的学生,不能让他们走丢,而且要让他们积极参与活动。在这次活动中我也见证了孩子们的成长,比方说我们班有一个同学,在最开始的时候我把他当做一个很不听话,集中不了注意力的同学,但是他后面能在大家反思的时候好好听别人的发言,在行进间的时候可以跟上队伍,不乱跑,还积极的参与团体活动;虽然同学们平时会做出一些比较跳脱的事情,有时候让我们不得不用很凶的语气跟他们说才会听,但是也会有些同学主动站出来帮助我们整队,管理秩序,而其他的同学们也会很配合完成教官的指令。能看到他们的成长,让我觉得我这么久的准备,这么累,都是值得的,这就是我最为教官最大的收获。

This activity was a totally different challenge from the previous seventh-grade growth camp. We took the students with us to learn new knowledge and experience the curriculum of The Three Kingdoms together, but I also learned a lot myself.  Recalling when I was in eighth grade, as a student of the kingdom of Shu, at that time only pay attention to my own country, thinking that the drillmasters really good, can be so free, but when I do now when the drillmasters, stand in the drillmasters position, realized the drillmasters tired. This time, I was a semi-active and semi-team assistant instructor, so I had to prepare for the activity as well as the students. In the activity when I should pay attention to as a major pass to maintain fair and just, not because they are wei instructors, favoritism to my own country's students; But when I was a team assistant, I had to lead my students well, not to let them get lost, but to let them actively participate in activities. In the event I also witnessed the growth of children, for example in our class have a classmate, in the beginning I regard him as a very not obedient boy who cannot focus for a long time, bu later when we are reflecting, he can listen to other people's speech, when moving to keep up with the team, not to run, also actively participate in group activities; Although the students usually make some trouble for us, sometimes we have to use a very fierce tone with them to listen to, but also some students will take the initiative to help us organize the team, management order, and other students will also cooperate with the instructor's instructions. To see their growth, let me feel that my preparation for so long, so tired, are worth it, this is my biggest harvest as an instructor.
