时光荏苒，岁月流逝，天下没有不散场的宴席，更何况只是短短的三天。在这些天里，我曾开怀畅笑过，也有感动落泪时。辛苦，欢乐与泪水交织成了一首悠扬婉转的成长变奏曲，令我终身难忘。这三天虽然很累，但是值得，在活动结束的那一刻，我不禁回想起最初的模样。那时的我十分懵懂，只知道可以让九年级才来到康桥的我，能有机会体验一次八年级热血三国的活动。于是我毫不犹豫地报名参加了。面试后我还总是吐槽，即兴跳舞什么的太尴尬了。却没有想到真正的磨练还在后头。先是每周一的菁英志工团，虽然相比于其他社团有些累，却也是欢乐多多。而我也在不久后，圆了没有参加过热血三国的梦。终于在一年的打磨后，我们正式带领七年级的小朋友们参加新生成长营。作为队辅教官的我，第一次真正意义上的体会到了当老师，带活动的艰辛，但幸运的是，小朋友们都很乖，与他们交流时的我也感受到了久违的童真，学会了从另一个角度看世界。之后便是最终挑战-热血三国。较为遗憾的是，我不再是一名队辅教官，而是纯纯的活动组教官。虽然少了与小朋友交流的机会，可是带活动时的体验也是另有一番风味。在最后一天的三国城活动中，我则是实实在在地变成了摄影助理，虽然走了很多路，但每当摄像机里记录下了小朋友们的笑脸，那一些疲惫似乎也消散不见了。最终，热血三国在一片掌声中落幕。但我们的征途没有落幕。

At the end of the activity， I could not help recalling the original appearance.At that time， I was quite ignorant. I only knew that I， who came to Kangqiao in grade 9， could have the opportunity to experience an activity of passionate Three Kingdoms for Grade 8.So I signed up without hesitation.After the audition， I always joked about how awkward impromptu dancing was.I didn't realize the real trials were yet to come.First of all， the Elite Volunteer club on Monday was a bit more tiring than other clubs， but also a lot of fun. Soon， I round did not participate in the dream of The Three Kingdoms .Finally， after one year's work， we officially led the children of grade 7 to participate in the freshman growth camp.As the auxiliary instructor of the team， I experienced the hardships of being a teacher and leading activities for the first time in a real sense. But fortunately， the children were very good. When I communicating with them， I also felt the innocence that I had not seen for a long time and learned to see the world from another perspective.Then the final challenge came - The Passionate Three Kingdoms.Unfortunately， I am no longer a team instructor， but a pure activity group instructor.Although there is less opportunity to communicate with children， the experience of taking activities is also a different flavor.On the last day of the Activity， I actually became the camera assistant. Although I walked a lot， every time the camera recorded the smiling faces of the children， some of the fatigue seemed to disappear.Finally， The Passionate Three Kingdoms in a round of applause.But our journey is not over.
