Kang Chiao 菁英活动志工团队

三天转瞬即逝，收获确实颇丰，投递三国教官的申请表仿佛还在明天，怀揣着不安跟自我怀疑的心态，度过了一年的菁英志工社团学习，再加上新生成长营的活动，我总算是对于面对热血三国有些信心了。首先是在准备热血三国活动的这两个月，我们遇到了非常多的困难，譬如说男教官舞蹈以及所有教官齐舞的部分，因为男生大部分都不怎么会跳舞，再加上我们选择的舞蹈比较难所以在准备舞蹈这里花了非常多的时间。然后就是热血三国期间遇到的非常多的问题，比如说我没有很好的管理好班级，让班级在需要互动的时候没有很好的参与进来互动，比如说律动动作做不出来，吃饭之前唱歌的歌声不是很大。说完了问题，作为一个教官在热血三国中获得的也是非常多，首先就是收获了管理学生管理一个团队的技能，因为管理一个团队需要关心到团队里大大小小的事情，经过热血三国之后我会发现我对于处理突发状况，随机应变这方面变得更好了，其次就是收获了很多很好的朋友！包括教官也包括很可爱的八年级小朋友，真的经历了那么多菁英活动之后，收获到的绝对比失去的要多。

Three day of Three kingdom elegant activity was as fast as light， the experience that i gather is sufficient， within the self confusing and disturb， i spend one year to learn how to manage class in the elegant club and the freshman training camp activity also teach me a lot， i finally feel confident about The three kingdom activity. First is the preparation that we do before 2 months of the activity， we encounter variety of complication， for instance， the dance part for male instructor， because most of the male instructor do not have the fundamental skill of dancing， it make we cost most of the time on preparing the dance part. During the period of The three kingdom activity， we facing lots of question too， take myself as an example， i didn't manage my class finely， the class didn't response when they need to interact with the stage， most of the student keep silence and stand their. After my self-criticize， beening a three kingdom accumulate bunch of experience， such as the knack about manage a team and socialize lots of friends， include other three kingdom instructor and eighth grade dorable children. After so many elegant activity， the reward are way too more than lost.
