从新生成长营到热血三国，从活动组到队辅，一点一滴组成了一个美好的回忆。这过程中，有笑过，有累过，但是都没有放弃。回首那几个月的准备时期，学到了怎样策划一个活动，怎样规划一个活动，怎样做好一个活动，怎样更好地展现自己。一次次的更改活动策划，一次次的关卡验收，一次次的舞蹈排练，为的就是可以在活动中呈现出最好的作品，带给学弟妹。同时，也让自己成长，看到自己的潜力。学弟妹们从慢热到逐渐放开自己，都给我带来了很多惊喜。会帮助我们一起提醒同学，会一起带动氛围。很荣幸可以被选作三国教官，很幸运可以遇到这么多、这么好一起共同努力的朋友们。在结业式中，当所有教官敬礼时，看着台下所有的学弟妹，这个感觉是幸福的、是感动的。
From freshmen growth camp to hot blooded three， from activity group to team auxiliary， little by little， we have formed a wonderful memory. During this process， there were laughs and tiredness， but none of them gave up. Looking back on those months of preparation， I learned how to plan an activity， how to plan an activity， how to do a good job and how to present myself better. At the same time， we also let ourselves grow and see our potential. The underclassmen have surprised me a lot from being slow to gradually letting go of themselves. I am honored to be chosen as a Tri-State instructor and lucky to meet so many and so good friends who work together. In the closing ceremony， when all the instructors saluted and looked at all the students on the stage， this feeling was happy and touching.
