通过社团时间的准备与G7新生成长营的历练，我们终于迎来了G8热血三国挑战营的活动。虽然过程很艰苦，但我也收获了很多。在正式被选为教官之前，我从来没有想象过自己需要在如此有限的时间内同时平衡自己的学业与准备如此重要的活动。一路上很艰辛，在自己不能够承受住在活动期间身体上的劳累还有心理上的压力时，曾经忘记过自己的初心。但每当看到班级里的同学们时就会想起当年自己被学长姐教官带领的时候，正因为他们的热情与细心关照让我对教官这个位置产生了憧憬，想要自己到了那个年级时也可以帮助学弟妹们完成他们的菁英课程，为了让他们更好的体验活动出一份力。事实上这并不简单。在真正当上这个角色后发现自己还是有很多不足，不能够时时刻刻照顾到班上的同学，有些时候还没能够更全面的思考该如何带好一个班级、一支队伍。我并不追求活动中的输与赢，我更在意的是自己有没有让所有同学都很好的融入并体验到这个活动当中。在作为队辅参与完这两次活动后，我看到的不仅仅是学弟妹的成长，还有作为教官的我们-自己的成长。

Through the preparation of the club time and the experience of the G7 freshman growth camp， we finally ushered in the activities of the G8 Three Kingdoms Challenge Camp. Although the process was difficult and harsh for us， I gained a lot during those days. Before being formally elected as an instructor， I never imagined that I needed to balance my studies and prepare for such important activities in rarely a limited time. The journey was very difficult. I had forgotten my original intention when I could not bear the physical fatigue and psychological pressure during the activities; however， whenever I see the students in the class， I will remember when I was led by the senior sister instructor 3 years before; it is because of their enthusiasm and care that I have a longing for the position of instructor: it can help the younger students to complete their elite courses so that they can better experience the activities. In fact， I realized that it is not a simple deal to handle. After being in this role， I found that I still had many shortcomings even weaknesses. For example， I couldn't take care of the juniors all the time， and sometimes I couldn't think more about how to lead a class or a team， but which are all my responsibilities. I don't pursue winning or losing in the activity， and what I care more about is whether I let all the students integrate and experience this activity well and fully. After participating in these two activities as a team assistant， I saw not only the growth of those juniors but also the growth of us and ourselves as the seniors. I learned how to better construct and guide a team， how to collaborate with each other who have the same goal as me， and how to keep my internal balance when facing difficulties.
