我认为这几个月的准备和三天的三国活动，收获颇多。在三国活动中，由于整个活动当中没有当过队辅，没能去带一带学弟妹，少了几分精彩。在几个月的准备当中，最有收获的那肯定就是跳舞了，舞蹈会在舞林大会上进行表演。练习的过程相当辛苦，也很枯燥，用我们的弹性和晚自习的时间，一直练习一样的动作，队形不断的更改，扣动作。但我想这一切都是值得的，在舞林大会那天，当我们教官全体表演完时，全场沸腾的场景，我永远不会忘记。 在三国的活动中，我身为一名后勤，任务就是搬搬物件，哪里需要工具的就去提供。说实话后勤并没有想象中的这么累，但每次有任务时都会尽力去完成。本次活动也有需要我反思的地方，比如当其他队辅教官需急需一些物品时，我们部分队辅包括我有的时候会走神，没有及时的看到消息，拖延了一会，这是需要改进的，也就是注意力要集中。我们也从后勤这个职位中学到了如何团队合作和资源分配的能力，如何有效率完成任务，就比如搬送成箱的饮料，一个人不能快速的把饮料送到每一桌，所以有了团队合作，一共五个人，一个人坐在小推车上，把几箱饮料也放在小推车上，另一个人推着车走，坐在车上的人到了一个桌子旁就放两瓶饮料，其他三个就在所有烤架周围摆放饮料，这样的效率就能大大的提高。以上便是我在本次三国活动的心得。

In the event, it was a pity that I was not able to bring my younger brothers and sisters because I was a team assistant. During the months of preparation, the most rewarding thing was dancing. The process of practice was quite hard and boring. We used our evening study time to practice the same movements all the time, the formation was constantly changing, and the buckle movements. But I think all of this is worth it. On the day of the performance, when all of our instructors finished the performance, I will never forget the boiling scene of the audience. In the event, as a logistician, my task is to move things and provide tools wherever I need them. To be honest, the logistics is not as tiring as expected, but every time there is a task, I will try my best to complete it. There are also areas for my reflection in this event. For example, when other team assistant instructors need some items urgently, some of our team assistants, including me, sometimes get distracted, fail to see the news in time, and delay for a while. This is a need for improvement. Yes, that is, to concentrate. We have also learned from the position of logistics how to teamwork and the ability to allocate resources, how to efficiently complete tasks, such as transporting boxes of drinks. One person cannot quickly deliver drinks to each table, so with teamwork, there is a total of five people. One person sits on the trolley and puts a few boxes of drinks on the trolley. Another person pushes the cart. When the person in the cart arrives at a table, he puts two bottles of drinks, the other three are placed around all the grills, so the efficiency can be greatly improved. The above is my experience at this event.
